I avoid to transcribe the interlude parts because it might confusing the melody part, unless I put two separated bars for melody and interlude. Again, it will be waste of papers. So I keep it clean and simple.
In my opinion, you can do your own arrangement for the interludes. Play freely there and see what comes out.
